Witness has received a number of reports of serious abuse committed by hypnotherapists against clients whilst under hypnosis.  We are gathering information to support our call for Hypnotherapy to be properly regulated.  If you have any evidence you think might be relevant please get in touch with us at hypno@witnessagainstabuse.org.uk.    We are also considering how far evidence of harm caused by stage hypnotism may be relevant to the practice and regulation of hypnotherapy.
